Encourages home seekers to start saving and prepare to purchase a home.
Participants must attend our Step by Step to Home Ownership workshop and bi-monthly club meetings for one year.
Members must establish a savings account with one of the First Home Club sponsor banks*.
Members agree to save $156.25 each month for a year. An eighteen month payment plan may be available at $105 per month.
At the end of the savings period, the participating lender will match the savings account $4 to $1 for a maximum match of $7500.
