The Housing Partnership explores affordable housing solutions that are cost effective and non-invasive for municipalities.
Providing Resources
We provide housing resources, seminars, presentations, and technical assistance to member municipalities.

Securing Grants
We assist in securing grants for the development of affordable housing options. For example, we worked extensively with Jefferson Twp. to secure $6.3M in HUD funding for 50 units of senior housing.
Facilitating Partnerships
The Housing Partnership facilitates municipal/non-profit partnerships to help meet municipal affordable housing needs. The Partnership may also be contracted to act as Administration Agent for a municipalities affordable housing. Call Jim Benson at 973-659-9222 for more information.
The Housing Partnership helped create the partnership between Stanhope and SCARC for their group home.
