The Housing Partnership has been the resource for home buyer education and related programs in Northern New Jersey for 16 years. We change lives through education and motivational one-on-one counseling.
Since 2001, we have helped over 425 families buy their first home.
Our Home Ownership Center provides comprehensive homebuyer workshops and one-on-one sessions for homebuyer planning.
We sponsor savings clubs and other special programs for first time home buyers.
Our programs are offered in English and Spanish.
The Housing Partnership, a non-profit organization, is a United Way Community Partner and a NeighborWorks® America Charter Member.
To date, none of our program participants who used our member banks have experienced foreclosure.
