DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE
The Housing Partnership provides for $5,000 in down payment assistance to income eligible households who purchase in Morris, Sussex or Eastern Warren Counties.
Applicants must secure a mortgage through one of the Housing Partnership member banks.
Down payment assistance funding may be combined with First Home Club for a total of $12,500 toward your first home!
